Your responsibilities will be:


-1st level IT support for our Client employees

-Classic Hardware (PC, monitors, printers)

-Specific Hardware (cash tills, card printers)

-Office tools and apps (OS W7, Open office, Gmail)

-Networking (Lan, Wan)

-Local applications (

-Identifying, handling and solving the requests

-Identifying and escalating of Massive Incidents

-Backlog follow-up

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times

Job Requirements

Spoken languages: fluent Italian and medium English.
Previous service desk and customer care experience would be an advantage.
Aptitude for providing positive customer service, interpersonal skills, listening skills, analytical skills and team spirit.
Availability to work in day shifts & week-ends.
